Michael Nash received his Juris Doctor at Elon University School of Law. A former U.S. Navy Commanding Officer, serving from 1986-2008, he graduated Suma Cum Laude from Auburn University and was selected as a finalist in the 2014 Presidential Management Fellows program. Michael has become the attorney of choice for hundreds of people seeking high caliber, results oriented and discreet representation. His unique skill-set has resulted in outstanding results for his clients. He has provided  successful criminal defense from low level misdemeanors to First Degree murder. Michael's counsel is consistently sought out on a variety of legal issues. His problem solving skills add depth to many Triad area business owners and he is routinely retained to assist in resolving complex personal and  legal disputes.

Born and raised in and around Durham, North Carolina, Jaren graduated from NCSSM in 2007 and then from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2012 with a bachelor of science in  psychology. He then moved on to Elon Law School in Greensboro, NC, graduating in 2016.  Jaren began his legal career at Lloyd & Nash as an intern during his second year of law school and started as an associate attorney after graduating and passing the bar. After five years of impeccable legal work, he was named a Junior Partner in 2021. He is currently licensed to practice law in North Carolina, focusing on defense law – criminal  defense, defending against contempt of court, and defending parents whose children are in foster care. He also practices family law such as divorce and child custody/support. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching tv .

Erica joined the Lloyd & Nash team in 2016, and has loved every moment of it. This job gives her an immense sense of accomplishment and pride. Although born in Richmond, VA, Erica grew up in Winston Salem, NC. and graduated from North Forsyth High School in 2010. She then obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 2014 from East Carolina University. She is a North Carolina Notary and speaks both English and Spanish. 

Outside of the office she mostly enjoys spending time with her husband and 2-year old daughter - teaching her new things whilst sharing those memories together. She also enjoys the simpler things in life such as nature, jigsaw puzzles, video games, and a good Netflix show.

Sarai joined the team at Lloyd & Nash in 2019. Growing up in Winston Salem, North Carolina, she graduated from Richard J. Reynolds High School in 2013 and continued her education at Forsyth Technical  Community College earning an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Technology in 2017. She is also a North Carolina Notary and speaks both English and Spanish. Feeling needed makes her happiest and Sarai has proven such by consistently delivering quality work with a brilliant smile. She enjoys spending time with her family and 5-year-old daughter, helping her mother run a catering/take-out restaurant and deep diving into new interests.
